Summary:    The Contacts page is where new contacts are entered into Cricket for follow-up. Once a contact is entered he or she will then appear under the "Discipleship" tab of those leaders who are responsible for the associated Target Area(s). Also, if enabled by the administrator, an email will be sent to all leaders responsible for the target area(s) to which this contact belongs, notifying them that they have a new contact in need of follow-up.
All underlined fields are required.

First Name:    First name
Last Name:    Last name
Gender:    Gender
Residence Hall:    The residence hall where the contact lives. This field is very important because it determines which Target Area the contact is a part of and consequently, which leader(s) will follow-up with this contact.
Room Number:    The room number within the specified residence hall.
Primary Phone:    The primary phone number where this contact can be reached.
Secondary Phone:    A secondary phone number for this contact (if available).
Class:    The current class membership (e.g., Freshman, Sophomore, etc.) of this contact (if available).
Email Address:    An email address where this contact can be reached (if available).
Greek House:    The Greek House that this contact lives in or the fraternity or sorority that this contact is a member of (if applicable).
Pers. Relationship:    The response given to the question, "Would you be interested in more information about a personal relationship with Christ?" (if applicable).
Bible Study:    The response given to the question, "Would you be interested in more information about a Bible Study?" (if applicable).
Article:    The response given to the question, "Would you be interested in an article about the existence of God?" (if applicable).
Events:    The response given to the question, "Would you be interested in more information Campus Crusade for Christ events?" (if applicable).
Target Areas:    This link opens a popup window where additional target areas for this contact can be selected. Again, as in the "Residence Hall" field, this is very important because it determines which leader(s) will follow-up with this contact.
Urgency:    A rating of how urgent follow-up with this individual is (if applicable). E.g., They have indicated that they would like to come to Bible Study this week. Marking a contact with "High" Urgency will move this contact to the top of a leader's follow-up list.
Importance:    A rating of how important follow-up with this individual is (if applicable). E.g., They have indicated that they would like to hear more about knowing God personally. Marking a contact with "High" Importance will move this contact to the top of a leader's follow-up list.
Notes:    Include any applicable notes that may help a leader better follow-up with this contact. E.g., spiritual background, hobbies/interests, etc.
